It is typical to experience weight gain during the winter season and often times we don’t end up losing those extra pounds the rest of the year. Year after year, the pounds can add up! To prevent winter weight gain and maintain a healthy lifestyle it is important to try and keep active all year round.

- Find an accountability partner. It is helpful to find someone with whom you can check-in on a regular basis. Choose a supportive, non-judgmental friend, family member, co-worker, health coach, personal trainer, etc
