The Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Pain workshop is an evidence-based, 6-week program designed to help you take control of your daily living while managing chronic pain. This free workshop is available in-person, Zoom or by telephone.

Classes are taught by Health Educators who are trained facilitators in the Conversation Map® Diabetes Self-Management & Education curriculum.
