To kick off National Nutrition Month, Get Healthy Clark County is offering you two fun, free ways to improve your health by motivating yourself to eat more fruits and vegetables. Whether you prefer an online program or a mobile app, we’ve got you covered!

The Nutrition Challenge is a free 8-week online program that will help you gradually increase the number of fruits and vegetables you eat each day. Each week of the program contains a personalized weekly tracker and information on nutrition topics such as serving sizes, budget-friendly tips, how to read a food label. You’ll also receive weekly emails that contain healthy recipes, as well as tips and tricks to achieving your healthy diet goals.

The Half My Plate mobile app is a free customizable tracker that helps you reach your goals for a healthy diet by inspiring you to make half your plate fruits and vegetables. Enter the fruits and vegetables you eat each day and watch as they pile up on your plate. The app lets you know when you’ve reached your goal for the day. And to help spark your creativity, the app also includes a searchable database of recipes that feature fruits and vegetables. Download with apple or android today!
