Cure Your Olympic Fever
What is it about the Olympics that makes us feel like we want to go run around a track, swim a few laps or do a backflip? Never has physical exhaustion ever seemed so appealing! Watching the Olympic games makes you want to be right out there doing the same activity even if you have never tried it before. Perhaps you were inspired watching the games to start something new or pick up an old forgotten sport. There is something great about being part of a team and working together to achieve a goal. Oftentimes as we get older, we don’t have many opportunities to do this.
