WORLD OF FLAVORS: A CELEBRATION OF NUTRITIOUS FOODS

This cooking demonstration will highlight the importance of utilizing food in treating chronic disease. Chef Stacey Dougan will provide cooking instruction. Founder and CEO of WELL Women of Color Roz Brooks will lead the discussion about how to use food to improve your health.
In-person participants will receive supplies to make a healthy meal at home. Participants must be 18+.
