Virtual Diabetes Class

Join us for our next Diabetes Self-management class! It is a two-part class and participants must attend both sessions. The classes are on (1) February 6th and (2) February 13th.

Classes are taught by Health Educators who are trained facilitators in the Conversation Map® Diabetes Self-Management & Education curriculum.
