March Diabetes Self-Management Class

Join us for our next Diabetes Self-management class! It is a two-part class and participants must attend both sessions. Classes will be on March 20 and March 27.

Classes are taught by Health Educators who are trained facilitators in the Conversation Map® Diabetes Self-Management & Education curriculum.
