Free Diabetes Self-Management Class

SNHD is hosting a two-part Self-Management Class. It is taught by Health Educators who are trained facilitators in the Conversation Map® Diabetes Self-Management & Education curriculum. The class consists of two parts: part 1 is on March 30 and part 2 on April 6.

Time: 2:00 PM- 4:00 PM

Location: In-person at SNHD (280 S Decatur Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89107) In the Calico Conference room.
