Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP)

FREE nutrition course for families with young children to enhance healthy living. You will learn how to prepare delicious, healthy recipes, save time and money and increase your energy levels.

This course consists of eight lessons, offered throughout the year virtually and in-person. The eight lessons are hosted twice a week for four weeks.*Must attend at least six of the eight lessons.
