Councilwoman Summers-Armstrong will provide opening remarks.
Councilwoman Shondra Summers-Armstrong was elected to serve Ward 5 in Nov. 2024, and sworn into office on Dec. 4, 2024.
Summers-Armstrong is a dedicated public servant and longtime advocate for the vibrant and diverse communities of Ward 5 in Las Vegas. This unique region spans culturally significant and historic areas like Fremont Street, the Biltmore Neighborhood and Historic West Las Vegas, as well as parts of the Northwest Rural Preservation Area.

Dr. Maia Enterprises, LLC

Dr. Maia Carter is a board-certified internal medicine physician and a coach to clinicians and healthcare leaders. She specializes in helping frontline clinicians become influential leaders without burning out or losing their clinical edge. She serves a national director primary care physician in the public sector. She holds an MD and MPH from The George Washington University and completed her BS in Physiology from Michigan State University. She completed a preventive cardiology fellowship at Saint Luke’s hospital in Kansas City, Missouri immediately following her medical training.

Tiffany Ward – Creator & CEO, Certified DISC & Leadership Facilitator, Certified Sound Healer, The WE Mentality Team Development. Named one of the top 40 Most Influential Community Leaders in Las Vegas Under 40 By Vegas Inc. & Las Vegas Weekly. Tiffany is not only the creator and CEO of The WE Mentality, a company dedicated to business and leadership development, but she is also the co-founder of the DreamSAFE Project, a nonprofit that promotes safety and aids families dealing with traumatic events. Ward is a certified sound healer, and conducting sound bath sessions for businesses is her favorite part of the job.

Associate Chief Medical Officer, Primary Care, Intermountain Health Desert Region
As a hospitalist, Nevada resident, and leader with Intermountain Health for over two decades, Dr. Brobbey has served in many roles including Medical Director for Acute Care Inpatient Team, Hospice, Primary Care, Specialty Care, and Utilization Management with a focus on Population Health Management and Proactive Care. She now leads as Associate Chief Medical Officer for Primary Care for Intermountain’s Desert Region


Medical Director, Provider Experience and Well-Being
A native Spanish speaker, Ashley is dual board-certified as a family nurse practitioner and emergency nurse practitioner. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing-Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of South Alabama, Mobile. Ashley’s clinical experience includes primary care, critical care/trauma, rural medicine, and crisis response. Ashley is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and a Lieutenant in the U.S. Public Health Service Reserves.

Dr. Mobley is a dedicated healthcare professional, entrepreneur, and educator with over 20 years of experience in the medical field. She is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and Assistant Professor of Nursing at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she teaches in both undergraduate and graduate nursing programs.

Dr. Gibson is a Mississippi native and the first physician in her family. She is double board‑certified in General Psychiatry (2023) and Neuropsychiatry/Behavioral Neurology (2024). Her clinical interests include Alzheimer’s disease, dementia‑related disorders, neuropsychiatry, geriatric psychiatry, interventional psychiatry, and movement disorders. Dr. Gibson has served as a memory disorder and dementia specialist at Cleveland Clinic Nevada since August 2024.
She is committed to caring for underserved communities and values a collaborative treatment approach. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching movies, reading, and traveling.
