The Clark County Diabetes Group (CCDG) is an e-coalition of numerous community and clinical partners. Formed in 2004 by the Southern Nevada Health District, the CCDG works with partners to help prevent diabetes and complications caused by unmanaged diabetes.
Though CCDG does not meet in person, anyone can sign up to receive weekly emails about community events, announcements, diabetes prevention and management programs, and resources.
