Diabetes Management
Find resources and classes to help you manage your diabetes and also learn about prediabetes, a condition when a person’s blood sugar is higher than normal but not high enough to be diagnosed as having diabetes. Learning about prediabetes may help you delay developing type 2 diabetes.

Free Diabetes Self-Management Classes
Our Diabetes Self-Management Education and Support classes are recognized by the American Diabetes Association and are intended for people who have prediabetes (higher blood sugar than normal) or diabetes. Attend with a family member or friend.
Class topics include:
- Learning about the relationship between healthy meals, physical activity and diabetes
- Managing high and low blood glucose
- Knowing your ABCs of diabetes (A1c, Blood Pressure, and Cholesterol)
- Keeping your blood glucose in a healthy range
- And more…
